City of London Accessibility Plan (2027-2031)
The City of London is committed to building a community where everyone can fully participate. As we develop our Multi-Year Accessibility Plan 2027-2031, we are inviting residents, community members, and staff to share their experiences and ideas.
Your feedback will help us identify, remove, and prevent barriers and improve accessibility across City services, programs, facilities, and communications.
What kind of feedback are we looking for?
We welcome your input on:
- City services, programs, and facilities
- Policies, practices, and procedures
- Digital services (websites, forms, online platforms)
- Customer Service
- Employment barriers
You can also tell us about barriers you or others have experienced, such as:
- Physical barriers (i.e. buildings, sidewalks, spaces)
- Information or communication barriers (i.e. formats, language, access to information)
- Technological barriers (i.e. websites, kiosks, digital tools)
- Organizational barriers (i.e. policies or processes)
- Attitudinal barriers (behaviours or assumptions)
The survey is open untilĀ August 1, 2026. Feedback from people who have experienced or observed accessibility barriers will help shape accessibility priorities and actions for the next five years.
