DESCRIPTION:When life gets heavy\, who do you call? Where do you go? What helps you breathe\, reset\, reconnect\, and keep going? \nFor many newcomers and immigrants\, settling in a new country can also mean building a new circle of support. Your “plug” might be a person\, a place\, a practice\, a community\, or simply knowing where to turn where you need to help. \nBelonging Beyond Borders\, in collaboration with Black Health at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC)\, invites Black newcomers and immigrants to What’s Your Plug? – an afternoon of honest conversation\, connection\, wellness\, and practical resources. \nThe event will feature Suishanie\, Black Health Navigator at LHSC\, and provide an opportunity to connect with others while learning about resources and supports available in the community. \nDate: Sunday\, October 4\, 2026 \nTime: 4:00 pm \nLocation: 189 Adelaide Street South \nCome as you are.
